Lean to fly a microlight extended lesson
This is your opportunity to view the beautiful Surrey countryside and the historic sites around the area from a birds-eye view. After a short briefing feel the freedom of flying as you climb high into the skies in the microlight with just your instructor as company. It is possible for you to take control of the aircraft, if you want to, otherwise sit back, relax and enjoy the views and pleasure this experience has to offer.
Upon arrival at the aerodrome you will meet your instructor. You will have a briefing with your pilot who will run through some of the controls of the aircraft, explain what will happen once in the air and answer any questions. Each instructor is tested every 2 years by the BMAA, so you know you are in safe hands. You will have a total flight time of 60 minutes.

Information and Restrictions
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for 10 months for one person. The minimum age for flying is 12 years old however anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Friends and family are welcome to come along to watch and take pictures. Maximum weight is 15 stone and height is 6ft 4inches. No previous flight experience is needed. The flight is subject to availability and dependant on the weather, it is recommended that you call the school on your flying day to check it is safe to fly.
