What does the activity include? Upon arrival you will be introduced to your instructor before taking part in a full safety & techniques briefing where you will be shown the basics of wakeboarding including how to handle your board. You’ll be kitted out with a wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet & board before heading out onto the water. The lesson will begin with the basics of Kneeboarding until the instructor is certain you are confident enough to progress to Wakeboarding (standing up).
With groups limited to a maximum of 9 people, this course will ensure you get close attention and fast progression.
Where does the experience take place? Milton Keynes in Buckinghamshire.
What should I wear? Please wear warm comfortable clothing, bring a bathing suit to wear under the wetsuit and don’t forget to bring a towel or two.
How long should I allow for this experience? Please allow approximately 2 hours for the whole experience.
When does the activity take place? This experience is available on selected Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesday from March to October. Kindly note that dates are subject to availability.
We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available before the expiry date listed on the voucher. This is only a guideline and we advise you book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. You must book and take your experience before the expiry date. All bookings are subject to availability.
Are there any restrictions? Minimum age 9 years (under 18’s need parental / guardian consent).
Maximum weight 20 stone.
You should be in reasonable health and a confident swimmer.
If you have any disability or illness that may prevent you from taking part in the experience you must discuss this with the supplier before booking.
What about the weather? This experience is not usually weather dependant; however in the unlikely event that it is cancelled due to severe weather conditions then an alternative date will be offered to you.
Can I bring spectators? Yes, spectators are welcome at no extra cost.
