The quirky gift that really does last a lifetime. Give someone their very own seedling in a presentation tube which they can nurture themselves until it is a great strapping Scots Pine! Your seedling comes with all the necessary instructions, can eventually be planted in the garden, and within ten years should have reached a whopping height of around three metres.
On receiving your seedling you should immediately remove it from its tube and straighten its roots. Re-pot it into a 2-8 litre container with good compost. Protect from frost initially then place outdoors allowing the soil to dry between waterings. After 2-3 years, transplant into your garden. Within 10 years the tree should have reached a height of around 2-3 metres.
