The perfect experience for all chocoholics out there!
Enjoy a day of pure indulgence cooking with chocolate. Double chocolate éclair, chocolate roulade, chocolate meringue gateaux, chocolate and Grand Marnier truffle torte and hand-made chocolates are amongst some of the favourites being covered. The fantastic chefs will ensure that you leave feeling confident to re-create these dishes in the comfort of your own kitchen. You will be provided with lunch, coffee, soft drinks and afternoon tea.
Group Size: There will be a group of 10 people on the course. You will spend 6½ hours at the venue.

This course is available on selected dates, throughout the year.
If you have a stomach upset, you must not attend but you may be able to re-book subject to obtaining a doctors certificate. Please inform on booking food or wine allergies, if diabetic, pregnant or a vegetarian. The minimum age is 16 years old. You do not need any experience or qualifications to enjoy this activity.
