Why not choose Marma Abhyanga; this body oil treatment utilises traditional herbal oils to restore dosha balance through vital energy points. Marma are positions on the body where flesh, veins, tendons, bones and joints meet. It is at these points where herbal oil can most effectively rebalance the system for optimum health. The magical experience of marma therapy uses warm essential oils customised to you to stimulate the vital energy points for restoration and rejuvenation, awakening your inner healing system.
Or perhaps choose Udvartana; this unique body treatment begins with a therapeutic oil massage performed in the traditional South Indian style. Then a fragrant blend of purifying herbs in powder form is vigorously worked into the body to detoxify the blood and nourish the outer tissue layers. This treatment is exfoliating and conditioning to the skin as well as being a deeply cleansing treatment which presses stagnant lymphatic toxins out of the body. It is designed to remove excess subcutaneous fat and treat oily skin. You will then be swashed with an herbal mist that is applied along the nadis, or energy meridians to leave you looking radiant.
At the end of your treatment, you will be given a customised bag which will include massage oil, skincare products and ayurvedic tea.
Group Size: Treatments are carried out on a one to one basis. Your treatment will last an hour.
