Choose between the Raj package where you will have an initial consultation followed by Abhyanga; a relaxing full body massage with gentle, choreographed, rhythmic massage uses a variety of techniques to enhance skin tone, detoxify and revitalise your entire body to induce deep relaxation. It uses warm herb-infused oils specifically tailored to your individual needs. The combination of herbalised oils and gentle warmth make this massage a deeply restful and rejuvenating experience. Then enjoy Shirodhara a stress-relieving oil flow; this treatment offers one of the most divine and tranquil experiences available. After a relaxing massage of the head and neck, you lie face up while a warm stream of oil is carefully poured onto the middle of your forehead, or your "third eye". The herbal oil, blended specially for your constitution, often engenders a powerful meditative experience reflected in a new sense of calmness and serenity that you will not have experienced before.
Or perhaps choose the Shanti package where after an initial consultation it will be followed by either an Abhyanga massage (see description above), Marma Abhyanga; this body oil treatment utilises traditional herbal oils to restore dosha balance through vital energy points. Marma are positions on the body where flesh, veins, tendons, bones and joints meet. It is at these points where herbal oil can most effectively rebalance the system for optimum health. The magical experience of marma therapy uses warm essential oils customised to you to stimulate the vital energy points for restoration and rejuvenation, awakening your inner healing system or a Vishesh Deep Tissue massage, followed by a shankara facial; cleanse and purify with this rejuvenating facial therapy designed to awaken your inner beauty. Gentle, extensive exfoliation and thorough extractions highlight this treatment in which a customised serum and mask soothe irritation and enhance cellular renewal. The treatment concludes with a nurturing hand and foot massage.
Finish your treatment with HastAbhyanga; an indulgent treatment awakens the vital energy areas in your hands, wrists and arms.
