Get airborne with this unforgettable 60min flying lesson
This experience is perfect for any flying enthusiast or budding pilot. After a short briefing a qualified flying instructor will lead the way to one of the centres' many planes. You will take control of the plane once in the air and soar through the sky. Back on the ground you will be presented with a certificate to congratulate you on your flying achievements and will be given a log book to record your flying hours just like a professional pilot!
On arrival at the air centre you will be introduced to your pilot who will be instructing you throughout your experience. You will have a pre-flight briefing for approximately 10mins where your instructor will explain what will happen during your flight and will answer any queries you have about the plane or the lesson. Then it's time for the flight. Your instructor will show you the plane that you will be flying and make sure you feel comfortable in your seat. The pilot will start the aircraft, taxi the plane to the runway, carry out some last minute essential checks and take off. Once you are airborne there will be a quick run through of the controls and then you are in charge. After your flying experience your instructor will take over and land the plane. Then when you are safely on ground you will be issued with a certificate and given a log book so you can record your flight times.
