A tranquil ride with your own agenda on the West Somerset Railway
Enjoy unlimited travel for the day along the old Great Western Railway. Stretching over 20 miles, there is plenty to see from the Quantock Hills to the cliffs of the Bristol Channel, plus many unique station buildings along the line. This ticket gives you the freedom to explore local villages and unspoiled countryside at your leisure as you hop on and off classic locomotives - perfect for the whole family.
Trains run from 10.30 till 17.30 everyday. You may get on an off the train at stations of your choice throughout the day. There is a buffet car on most of trains selling light refreshments including many locally produced goods. Trains visit the following stations along the line; Bishops Lydeard Crowcombe Stogumber Williton Doniford Holt Watchet Washford Blue Anchor Dunster Minehead

A family ticket includes two adults (ages 16 years and over) and up to four children (aged 5-15 years). Bookings are subject to availability. Dogs are also allowed on the train for a small additional fee payable on the day. The trains are wheelchair accessible.
