A transcript of the declaration of ownership (see notes) A document confirming the purchaser’s Mineral Rights to their land. A postage paid land registration card. It is not advisable to visit your property without the assistance of NASA or an alternative professional space agency. N.B. A Transcript of the Declaration of Ownership is supplied with each purchase.
