Over the course of your three sessions you will be put through your paces by top TV personal trainer, Keith Turner. His friendly approach to fitness and passion for results has seen Keith become one of the hottest properties in both the media and fitness industries.
Situated in state of the art facilities, each of your separate workouts will last between 45 - 60 minutes and will be split into four zones. You will start with a warm up involving a light cardio workout to raise the heart beat, moving on to a cardio work out. This is where the fun really begins with a range of step, kickbox-fit and medicine ball workouts. The third session is a body tone workout where you will be shown the ultimate sculpting exercises using only your body's own resistance. Finally you will cool down to bring your heart rate back to normal.
Group Size: Your session will be one a one-to-one basis with Keith. You will have three sessions, each of which will last 45 to 60 minutes.

This experience is available on Monday and Fridays only, throughout the year.
All fitness levels can be catered for. The minimum age is 18 years old. You do not require any qualifications.
