Relax with the ESPA Lifesaving Back Treatment which cleanses and exfoliates the skin, stimulating circulation and cell renewal, followed by an aromatherapy massage and body mask using individually chosen essential oils combined with warmed Marine Mud. Then enjoy an ESPA Aromatherapy Facial which combines aromatherapy products with acupressure massage, lymph drainage and Oriental Head Massage to leave the mind clear and the skin radiant and moisturised. In addition to these treatments you will also have access to the extensive range of spa facilities.
You may arrive at the spa from 9am for your spa day. The Recharge Me Package includes an ESPA Lifesaving Back Treatment and an ESPA Aromatherapy Facial, the timing of these treatments must be arranged upon booking. Throughout the day you may utilize the extensive facilities on offer. Facilities include warming rooms; Sanarium, Aromatherapy Cave, and Hamman Steamroom, Ice Cave, Experience Showers, Relaxation Lounge, Foot Spas, Outdoor terrace, Hydro-pool Spa and Leisure Club including 18m indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room, bubble pool and fully equipped fitness centre. The package also includes a two-course lunch and use of a gown and slippers for the duration of your time at the spa.

Information and Restrictions
On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid for ten months for one person. This voucher may only be used Monday-Thursday. The package includes an ESPA Lifesaving Back Treatment and an ESPA Aromatherapy Facial. The total treatment time is 1 hour 20 minutes. You will also have use of the facilities on offer at the spa and hotel complex between 9am and 5pm and use of a robe, towel and slippers for the duration of your spa visit. No children are allowed at the spa; participants must be aged 18 years or over. Those suffering from certain medical conditions may require a doctor’s note in order to attend the Day Spa, please mention any concerns upon booking.
