Hold your nerve and keep climbing! Whether 5 or 50 feet high, this will put you to the test.
This is an introductory session which will enable you to learn the basic skills of Rock Climbing. The session will be tailored to your ability and aspirations. With a qualified local guide you will scale the rock face and depending on location you may have the chance to abseil back down. There is an enormous sense of achievement so don't forget your camera or your friends will never believe you! The type of rock will vary depending on location.
Group Size: There will be a maximum of nine people in your group, though there may be other groups on the day. The whole activity will last for approximately 3-4 hours.

This activity can be tiring but does not require a high level of fitness. Concern over medical/ health issues should be checked before purchase. To participate in this activity you must be at least 18 years old. No experience or qualifications are required to take part in this activity.
