Experience la dolce vita with a week's cookery holiday in a gorgeous Tuscan villa.
Soak up the sun, the food, the wine, the good life and learn to cook the Italian way. From pasta to polenta, pizza to panna cotta, Italian chef Franco guides you through an exciting combination of classic and modern Italian cuisine. The cookery is lots of fun but your hosts never forget that you are on holiday so there is plenty of opportunity to relax - explore the spectacular region or kick back and enjoy the villa's pool, hot tub or steam room.
Most mornings are free to do as you please. Cookery sessions take place in the afternoons in a spacious professional kitchen. The day ends with an al fresco dinner on the spectacular piazza (fine Tuscan wines and liquors included). There are also visits to a Pecorino cheese factory, local olive oil producer and vineyards. You will also have a complete day off where you may want to take the opportunity to visit Florence (just one hour's drive away).

The price is for two people sharing one room.On purchasing this experience you will be issued with a voucher valid until 30 November 2008 however we recommend booking your tour as soon as possible owing to limited availability. Includes accommodation, most meals, cookery sessions and excursions and a cookery book and apron for two people. Travel to Tuscany is not included . Please note that car hire is required. Suitable for vegetarians. Courses run Sunday to Sunday.
